Enrollment

These documents are available for you to print and complete once you have been in contact with the center to set up enrollment. If you have not been in contact with the center, please do not complete until you have. 

Upon the child's first day of care you MUST bring the completed Registration Packet, the CACFP income application, and ACH Payment Authorization if you wish to pay by card. Non-compliance may result in delayed start day for care. 

The Parent Handbook, Drop off/Pick up Route Diagram, and Information for New Families are all meant to be kept and utilized by you. We highly recommend reading over our policies and familiarizing yourself with them. Please read the ENTIRE Information for New Families sheet as this has everything you will need for their first day.
